Quotes Overview Help

Previous quotes can be found in "My Account"   Each of these will have one of the following statuses:

• Requested - Your quote has been requested, and has not yet been reviewed by an associate.
• Active - An associate has reviewed the requested quote, and provided a temporary pricing on the quote.
• Expired - A previously active quote price is no longer available.
• Order Pending - 

You can sort quotes in ascending/descending order by clicking on the appropriate header.  You can review a Quote by clicking on the Quote #.

If a quote is Active, you will be able to Accept the Quote & take it to checkout.  If it is Requested, you will need wait until an associate has provided a price for the quote.  If it is Expired, you will need to process a new quote for an associate to provide a price.
